The Pelham Manor Shopping Center recently received some unwanted tenants, following an outbreak of rodents in the grass and landscaping surrounding the plaza. In recent weeks, commuters traveling on the sidewalk adjacent to Pelham Parkway have noticed dozens of small holes in the surrounding bushes, where rats, mice and other critters have taken up shelter.
