Fulton Avenue Drawbridge in Pelham Manor, Mount Vernon Reopens

The following announcement is from the Westchester County Department of Public Works and Transportation: Effective immediately, the Fulton Avenue Drawbridge between Secor Lane and Edison Avenue in Mount Vernon and Pelham Manor is now open to vehicular traffic.
