The following release is from the Westchester County Department of Public Works and Transportation: Effective immediately and continuing until Monday, April 21, the Fulton Avenue Drawbridge between Secor Lane and Edison Avenue in Mount Vernon and Pelham Manor will be closed to vehicular traffic.
