John Pell of the Manor of Pelham served as the presiding Justice of a regular session in the North Riding of the Court of Sessions of the County of Westchester from June 7 until June 9, 1687. John Pell, so-called "Second Lord" of the Manor of Pelham, was the nephew and principal legatee of Thomas Pell who founded the Manor of Pelham.
