Westchester health officials say it will be effect from 10 a.m. to midnight Wednesday in New Rochelle, Eastchester, Bronxville, Tuckahoe, Pelham and Pelham Manor . Some 150,000 residents and businesses are advised to boil all tap water for at least one minute prior to drinking or cooking, dish washing or brushing teeth.
