Benjamin Francis Newton a former Westchester County resident, died on Tuesday, June 10, in Wilmington, N.C. He was 86. Newton was born on Nov. 3, 1927 in New York City to Benjamin and Audrey Nash Newton and was raised in Pelham Manor.
