On Monday, the Westchester County Board of Legislators elected Legislator Michael Kaplowitz, Yorktown, New Castle, Somers as Board Chairman and Legislator Jim Maisano New Rochelle, Pelham, Pelham Manor as Vice-Chairman for the 2014-2015 Legislative term.
